Updated Visitation for Pines Olean 8/18/2021

We will begin scheduling visits for August 19th.

Each resident has been given a GREEN, YELLOW or RED designation based on their level of exposure.

Visit types will be scheduled based on the designation. 

There will be no indoor visitation until the facility has maintained 14 days without a positive result.

• Residents designated GREEN may have OUTSIDE VISITS.  - Visitors MUST WEAR MASKS AT ALL TIMES during outdoor visits.

• Residents designated YELLOW may have WINDOW VISITS.

• Residents designated RED can visit by SKYPE.  Skype Visits are assisted by our Activities Department. 

Indoor Visits will be cancelled until further notice.

Please call Pam, our Receptionist, at 716-373-1910 to schedule your visit. She will identify which type of visit you may have and assist you with the scheduling.
