The Pines Machias Healthcare & Rehabilitation is a healthcare facility located in a beautiful, rural, country setting. 

Full-Time In Service Coordinator - Starting pay $40.54

Must possess a valid license and to practice as an RN in NYS plus 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and have either: a. An additional 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse which must have been in a supervisory capacity. b. Completion of a professionally recognized course in teaching adult learners or New York State Education Department teacher certification. c. An additional 2 years of experience teaching nursing or nursing related programs to adults in an academic setting approved by the State Education Department or other recognized accrediting body.
Must be available to work approximately one weekend a month and some holidays. 40 hours/week, overtime (OT) over 8hrs/day and over 40hrs/week. We offer an excellent benefits package including health, vision and dental coverage; 10 days paid vacation after your first year; 11 days off in lieu of holidays; 4 personal days and NYS Retirement. $40.54/hr. Full-Time RN Head Nurse, Day Shift - Starting pay $43.31

Must possess a valid license and to practice as an RN in NYS. Must be available to work approximately one weekend a month and some holidays. 40 hours/week, overtime (OT) over 8hrs/day and over 40hrs/week. We offer an excellent benefits package including health, vision and dental coverage; 10 days paid vacation after your first year; 11 days off in lieu of holidays; 4 personal days and NYS Retirement. $43.31/hr plus shift differential. Must have a valid NYS CNA Certification. Must be available to work every other weekend and some holidays, 2-4 days per week. Paid overtime (OT) over 8hrs/day and over 40 hrs/week. Paid time off (PTO time) earned based on hours worked. No Cost Telehealth available 24/7. Time and a half for some major holidays. Evening and Overnight shifts – $21.54/hr plus shift differential.
