Please be advised, that per the New York State Department of Health, all visitors must show proof of a negative COVID test PRIOR to coming in the facility to visit residents. It is preferred that the COVID test be completed at any local testing sights; however, if this is not possible, the receptionist can provide a rapid test kit during the times listed. Monday through Friday 10:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 2:00pm. The facility has been provided some test kits from New York State Department of Health, and will provide visitors with these self-administered test, as long as supplies last. Negative tests are good for 24 hours. Tests that occur at our facility will be self-administered and occur while you wait in your car.
