Skype for Residents and Families

The Pines is working diligently to establish Skype as an alternative means of communication between family members and residents.  Family members that wish to video conference with their loved one will need to download the Skype App and create an account. You may either contact Kim Chase, Resident Care Liaison, at kchase@cattco.org or complete the Skype Request Form to be placed on the list for an appointment to Skype. Your Skype account e-mail will be required to initiate the Skype call. Activities staff will contact you to schedule an appointment and will assist your loved one to call you. 

FOR CONTACTING RESIDENTS AT THE PINES OLEAN: Use the "Get Skype" link below to download the Skype app on your device. Create a Skype account. Search for Pines Olean and request to connect. Once we received the notice to connect on the Skype app, we will send a message to you via Skype stating Activities received your request and are ready to schedule an appointment. Please also fill out the Skype Request Form above.

Rest assured, if there is an emergency with your loved one, you will be contacted immediately by nursing staff.
